September has been a month of celebrating, stretching, creating, and finding my way through a season of transition.

There are seasons of life when you can almost see what’s waiting for you on the other side. You know where you’re going, you’re excited about what’s ahead, and you think, Okay… this is it. This is the moment everything changes.

Every season of motherhood—the joy, the heartbreak, the ordinary moments, the lessons in patience, resilience, wonder and love—became the palette from which I paint today. Those years didn’t steal my creativity. They slowly and quietly filled it.
